USA Shipping Policy.

Standard carrier delivery services (UPS Standard Ground, FedEx Ground, DHL Ground, USPS/Canada Post).

Expedited services (UPS Expedited, FedEx Air, DHL Express, USPS/Canada Post Priority).

Express services (UPS 2 Day Air, FedEx Express, DHL Express).

Shipping fees are determined by the selected shipping service, the quantity or amount, and size and weight of the products being shipped.

Note: The shipping fees we charge are based on our current contracts with distinct shipping companies and we make no profit from getting the products to you. We charge no handling or processing fees.

Order processing time. All (in stock) orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday are processed the same day, or sometimes the next day, and usually dispatched the next day, or sometimes the 2nd day. All (in-stock) orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be dispatched the Monday or the next working business day.

Orders that are custom made, customized, and limited productions, will be prepared, processed, and dispatched according to a time frame suggested at the time of the order creation. 

There will be no guaranties on processing times or dispatching times, we will try our best to align to our policies but sometimes delays do happen (shipping company missed the pick-up, weather-related delays, power outages, emergency situations, etc.), and if the delay is more than rationally acceptable, we will communicate with you to find a solution.

Delivery address and P.O. Boxes. We can only dispatch your purchased items to the address you have registered at with our payment processors, and we can't accept requests to modify delivery addresses. If you want to have your purchased items delivered to an alternative address, please add this new address to your ElectroWires account.

Tracking your order. Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive a communication from us informing you of the event. You will be able to track your order through your ElectroWires.com orders page, or directly with the shipping company website by using the tracking number attached to your ElectroWires order.
